Any gpu 100% compatible with Mac pro 3.1???

Like I said last time you asked, no AMD GPU will work with a Mac Pro 3,1. Only Kepler NVIDIA GPUs, like GTX 680 work with 2008 Mac Pro Xeons and recent macOS versions.

NVIDIA GTX 680 is self-flashable.
