GPU score Windows 11 Home vs Pro on Parallels Desktop 18 Pro on M1

I have the home version of Windows 11 and I am running Parallels Desktop 18 Pro. If I upgrade to the Windows Pro version will the graphics be faster? Now 3D is only partially supported.

No, that wont make a difference speed-wise or in 3D support.

Parallels runs faster on an Intel Mac than on a Silicon Mac.
It runs even faster on my 13 year old MacPro 5,1 with Radeon RX 580 card than on a Mac Studio Max 32 GPU.
