Graphic card issues on 13-inch?

Do the 2010 macbook pro's (13 inch)
have the same graphic card issues as the 15 inch?

No they do not. The GPU issues that were experienced with the Mid-2010 15" MacBook Pro's were caused by the NVIDIA GeForce 330M GPU which is not present in the 13" models.
