Graphic intensive programs with Parallels?

I have the new Macbook Air with 8 GB of ram and I was wondering if anyone has tried using Parallels and doing video editing and Photoshop with this set-up.
It sounds like Parallels 7 is quite responsive. Are there any windows programs to avoid using with Parallels? Thanks in advance.

It will work, but you'd be better off running those programs natively on OS X, so you're not carrying teh RAM and cpu overhead of 2 operating systems.
