Graphic Problems with ATI X800XT and Leopard

Has anyone found a fix for the graphic problems with the x800xt and leopard? My transparent menu still doesn't work and whenever I maximize a window from the dock the screen glitches with a cast of pink.

Yes I have all the latest updates.
