Graphics card upgrade

Hey, I know this has been posted on here 1 million times. I just would like some direct answers. Looking for a metal compatible graphics card for my 2010 Mac Pro that’s not super expensive. Video in my DAW (Cubase) won’t play because of the older card.

I also can’t update my Mac or other software because of it as well.
