Graphics corruption in Itunes

When flicking from normal Itunes window to fullscreen I noticed a load of jumbled up graphics corruption for a split second. I record this on a camcorder so I could take a snapshot as below.

Anyone else get this? This happens everytime.
I am using a new Mac Pro 2.8 octo with the stock ATI graphics card.
