Which milanese strap color matches best with the Ultra, graphite or silver? I saw on the Apple website that they are compatible with it.

Given the slim shape of the Milanese straps I think they would look kind of silly with the Ultra

I wear it loose like a bracelet, and didn't Apple just mention they released their thinnest strap yet (one of them) for the Ultra?

Some of the in-person photos make the case look so warm that I’m not sure any of the metal Apple bracelets would look great.

I wonder if Nomad will make a matching titanium bracelet??

Don't expect apple tech support to know all the details after the event. To prevent leaks, Apple doesn't give them advanced notice, and most of them find out about new products at same time we do.

Apple's website store has a ton of bands listed for 49mm, but some of the product pages have not been updated yet.
Interestingly, the new 49mm Ultra bands are compatible with 44 and 45mm watches.

Really bummed, I want a watch ultra, but I've never use a cloth or silicone/rubber band on any watch in my life without a rash. It was worth the occasional rash when I was a kid with a cheap watch or even on an early fitbit, but on a $800 watch I better get a band that doesn't cause irritation

Same here - I want to upgrade my stainless steel/milanese series 4 and I really like the idea of an ultra, but they don't seem to have a serious metal band option to match. I realize that this is intended to be for rugged outdoorsy etc people, but... umm... the swiss manufacturers certainly sell lots of 'diving' watches to people who will never go diving, etc, so I feel like Apple has totally abandoned the poser market.

I’m sure Nomad will come in clutch if apple doesn’t.

I am using the link bracelet on my series 5 Ti and it looks great, I'm sure it will look just as good with this if it's not hanging off the sides of my wrist.

I don't know if I would go with a milanese with this since it's only a magnet holding it in place. It may work fine though.

I got the alpine strap, but I figure I'll be using Nike straps for the most part outdoors...
