Gray/Blueish vs Light Blue Folders...why the difference?

Anyone know why some folders on the desktop are a gray/blueish color while others are a light blue?

No, they are just regular folders but for some reason only 2 of the folders on my desktop are gray, the rest are all light blue.
 
Maybe they're using "custom" folder icons?

Cmd+I, click the icon in the top and press backspace. That should revert it to default (light blue).
