I got springtomize 3 and I was able to remove the "gray" background when I open a folders app but when on the home screen the ugly gray background is still visible messing up the theme I installed. Is there a way to remove that gray area and just have the miniature icons transparently?

I installed HiddenSettings7 on my ipad air. I don't have it in front of me, so I don't remember the exact settings, but under icons or folders there's 2 alpha sliders. If you slide them all the way to 0.0, you'll have transparency on the folder icons. I have them set to a very low amount, so there's just a trace of them visible.

If you need me to look up the specific settings, let me know, and I'll look tonight.

Too much bugging I know I apologize is there a way to change the SMS white background and the green sms bubbles? I would like a black to match the theme I got A14k.

If you want to change the colors within the app then Messages Customiser will do for you.
