Great Customer Service

    I ordered a yellow 38mm sport band when they were released last week. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It did not come and nor has it come today.

    I went on Live Chat and asked if they could look into it for me. Unfortunately they are sent by Royal Mail First Class post which is not trackable.

    I said that I was prepared to wait until the end of the week as perhaps Easter had caused the delay.

    Oh no said the support agent - I will send one by express delivery today and you will have it tomorrow. If the first one appears, just return it.

    Perfect customer service!

    A breath of fresh air compared to all the posts complaining about having to send their AW to the depot for repair or replacement (which unfortunately is still true as the AW remains the first and only iDevice that they don't swap out on the spot, at least in stores).

    Yes. The original one came ......7 days in transit. By that time I had received the replacement and so I retuned the original one to Apple.
