iPhone Great ios7 multitasking tweak

I came across this tweak and thought it was really great. Name is Slide2Kill 7 and basically it adds a swipe down to close all apps in the multitask window.

Should be on the default repos.

I added this app but I dont see any option to swipe down to kill all the apps.

I'm currently using Sicarius.

There's this app called Purge which does the same thing and you just hold down an app at multitask and will ask you to kill all apps.
