The exercise ring is a joke. I close the ring when I walk from one subway station to another, and then from the final station to the office (and vice versa at the end of the day). I'm not pushing myself, I'm just taking a leasurely walk.
conversely I was at an amusement park this past summer, I set my exercise to walk and spent 8 hours walking (and riding) the rides, yet, it barely registered any exercise.
when I work from home, it has me walking a 1/2 mile even though I'm moving from the bedroom, to my home office, to the kitchen for coffee. I'm not even getting up much but I've clocked in 1/2 mile of walking 😵
