Maybe. But I was just outside finishing up, and checking the HR monitor it was up in the 130’s for a little while. Anyway, it doesn’t matter to me as long as it doesn’t miss something like a heart attack.Maybe your watch wasn’t able to pickup your heart rate that well.
My heart rate was up, I can assure you. I’m 70 years old, and shoveling a foot of snow compacted by ice gets my heart beating like sex used to (sigh). That’s why I had to take breaks. No, shoveling snow like this is the hardest thing I do all year.

I just spent 30 minutes shoveling snow and ice off my walk and driveway, taking a short break every few minutes to catch my breath. It was hard work! When I got inside, my green ring had generously given me 4 minutes of exercise. I did get around 2000 steps, though.
“Hey Siri, count strokes!”ps: during sex, which kind of workout I am supposed to set? is there a Siri command for this?
