green lights? eh?

I went to sleep at 3am this morning. I saw these green lights on the bottom light up on my mbp when I was putting it away. Was I just so tired I thought I saw lights or, if I'm not crazy, what do they mean? You'd think after 1.5 months I would have noticed them before. They haven't come back on since. Sorry for another stupid, pointless question 😱

I presume it's a laptop you've got? The battery has a little button on it – press it and a number of lights come on showing you how much of a charge the battery has left in it.

Battery indicator? Push the button and it tells you what charge your battery has - on the PB, each light is 20% I assume

That is probably the battery charge indicator on the battery. There is a button next to a row of dots that isn't very obvious. Anyway, push it and the more lights that come on the more charged your battery.
