Green text messages not going thru?

Suddenly texts to non-Apple folk spin and spin and won’t go thru.

Sending via IPP and 8+. No problem going through from either device. I have noticed (texts are forwarded from 8+ to IPP) that the notification is very intermittent on the IPP. Other wise everything works.

It was unchecked in Settings.

Is it all text message or just one specific contact?

Try Settings>General>Reset Network Setting and try to send text

It was for several contacts.
Ugh boy I don't want to lose network settings for various WiFi points already setup! I’ll try that as a last resort. Thx for the tip if I do wind up needing it!

Try this pull down Control Center, turn of Cellular data, wait a minute, turn it back on.

Toggle Settings > Messages > Send as SMS? Also what's the cellular connection rate? Any chance that it's a group chat?
