It doesnt seems to appear again after updating it to ios 13.5.1, still going to monitor and give updates here.

I managed to get a picture of it in the dark where it’s often apparent.

p.s. The only way to get a proof of the bug is to take it a photo of it when it’s there and after is using another phone , taking a screenshot doesn’t seem to show the difference of before and after

Yup something like this, but it seems to be fixed after i updated it to 13.5.1, still monitoring its been almost 2-3 days will update after a week or so.

I’ve never had this green tint but 50% of the time after unlocking my iPhone 11 Pro, my screen kind of “flickers”. It’s like the brightness goes down then back to what it was in a fraction of a second. Just enough to tell the screen just did something. If I blink I miss it.

It's also happening on my iPhone 11 pro max. When I unlock the phone the greenish tint stay for 2/3 seconds and then disappear. The ios 13.5.1 also doesn't fix it. Worried about the display!

His phone died:
:(

Note: phone is in dark mode and low battery mode

Anyone with iphone XS happening this thing?

Alright quick update, the issue happened in the morning when i unlocked my phone, the greenish tint lasted 2-3 seconds. Im pretty sure IOS 13.5.1 did not fix it. Also i had my display replaced by apple authorized servicing store. It might be both display and software issue. Will continue giving updates here on it.

Yeah..I also went A lab. They replaced my screen but still having same problem only.
When I contact Apple, they ask me to visit Apple service provider again.
Even Myself and A lab did restore many times.

It might be hardware issue guys.
But what make me feel weird is after green tint disappear few seconds, the device worked prefect. Apple still not yet find the issue.

Same issue on the XS Max that had a display replaced less than a couple weeks. But the green tint maintains and flickers. Now the display does not even power on and the Apple Service Provider cites liquid damage and won’t honor the warranty. I’m at a loss. Apple won’t help either. And no my phone didn’t go for a swim.

Hi Oceannn, may I ask if your device was serviced by “Tech Summary Erik”?

did you go back to ALAB?

No i did not go back, and i think it was by erik if im not wrong. And why? I din't bother because they already replace the display i don't think they will do anything else.

Just wondering. I did ask ALAB if such an issue exist but since no official word from Apple, they can’t affirm.
I asked if the screen issue reoccurs to someone after a screen change what would be the procedure. They mentioned that possibly the device would be changed. Their understanding is that it’s a hardware issue and not a software issue.

So they will change a new device for me? is that what you are trying to say? If yes, im willing to test it out and update you guys again and see if the issue still reoccurs after a change of device.

They will probably swap with their non retail boxed set. I am not certain.

I have a recent iPhone 11 Pro Max. March. I’ve seen the green tint as well. But it’s not reproducible when I wanted to capture it. So I didn’t send in. I’m still hoping it’s a software problem.
