That's not how it works. Absinthe is a webapp. It directs to a page via enabling a custom VPN.

I downloaded 0.1.2-2 and it still gives me a white screen.

The white screen is normal. Just let it sit at that screen for a bit, it will eventually reboot and be jailbroken.
