Greetings from Ohio!
Ive had my iPad a few years now, but other than that I am a complete Mac newbie. Last week I purchased a 27" iMac. To my surprise, $1900+ does not get you a CR/ROM drive...thats another $70...its called a Superdrive.
It is a USB interface and came with no instructions or drivers. When I plugged it in, there was no prompt and/or message. When I put ANY CD in, it spins up, stops, and after about 15 seconds, ejects the disk.
What am I missing?
Thanks,
~Chris
