Grey Bar iPhone X during videos

Hi,

I have a video app that is not optimized for the X. When I watch videos with it in landscapemode there is ALWAYS this annoying long "swipe bar" visible. It does not disappear while watching the video "fullscreen".

Any suggestions for this problem?

Contact the developer and/or leave a negative review in the App Store. Apple has made it very, very easy for them to update their apps for the X. It’s on them to do it and their responsibility.

well, i have uppdate apps, and the bar still there.
