My screen time shows much more usage than I what's real, even if I add up the time under the columns. I don't use "share across devices" and the columns is mostly grey and I can't figure out why its like this. I tried lots of things fixing this but nothing helps and I'm very frustrated. I have an iPhone 15 pro and an Apple Watch (series 9): could the watch be the culprit or aod?

The Apple Watch doesn’t count as screen time. Only your iPhone does.

Greys mean any category that doesn’t fall under the social media, information and reference and entertainment categories
