Grey out songs on playlists

After the last iOS update, I've been noticed that some songs on playlists are grey out, but they are still available on Apple Music's catalog.

I could "solve" this adding the songs on my library. Then the grey out songs have become playable again on playlists, "just like magic".

Is that a new bug?
