grey screen after I tunes update

Hi I updated to i tunes 7.7 after the software update I GET A grey screen when trying to play purchased videos, music videos and movies from I tunes, I contacted i tunes but they have never responded. Thanks, larry

well be a little bit more specific, which iTunes update, MAc OS 10.5 0r 10.4. Stuff like that
