This is the second time I've had this issue with my iPhone 14 Pro. The bottom half of the screen has a grey tint and there is an actual line of division that I can see. Its hard to capture it on a photo but I've tried my best to take one.
Its not that noticeable when the screen is static, but its very weird when I'm scrolling and I see the line on the screen.

I had the same thing happen a few months ago on the same 14 Pro but the line of division was a bit higher on the screen. I took it to an Apple Store and the technician ran every single test they have and the screen passed all of them. He told me to update, and factory reset to rule out software issues, I did that as well and the issue persisted. So he then replaced the screen, and the screen look good after that.

But now a few months later, the same thing is happening again. Anyone else faced a similar issue?

Well now you made me go and look and yes my brand new two week old 14 Pro has it too. Very faint as in your photo and only visible on a white background with the brightness cranked up.

Just enjoy your phone.
I generally ignore most things. But this one is really visible to me when scrolling. Its really hard to not notice it.

It seems like a very minor issue when looking at a still picture, but not when scrolling for me.

I dont notice it with the brightness at max. I notice it in the 30-40% brightness range where I like it to be

See if you can arrange for Apple to replace your phone if it’s causing you a lot of bother.

It might be the unit itself that’s faulty if you’ve already had a screen replacement.
