Greyed out songs

Was listening to some quality music on Music, no Taylor Swift here, and I notice that some songs on albums are greyed out. What's interesting, at least in this case, is that they greyed out songs on this 'Best of' album are not greyed out on the albums on which they were released.

Anyone have any idea why this is?

That's a good example. This is driving me nuts too. One current summer dance album "No Limits" has most of its tracks greyed out but available on the respective artists original releases. Why even bother to list it on Apple Music?

This is extremely annoying. Hope they fix it soon. I'm not cancelling Spotify just yet.
