greyed out wifi on iphone 4s

my iphone 4s which came from rogers Canada is not factory unlocked I use a gevey sim now the wifi is greyed out will apple us replace my phone?

If its still under warranty they will replace it for free. Its a hardware issue.

You can pay Apple the out of warranty replacement fee and they will give you a new 4S.
Or bring it a 3rd party iphone repair place try to fix the wifi chip.
