No it's not, there are some rumors for upcoming tweak called Anchor....should do the same thing as Gridlock....

there are apparently no plans for gridlock to be updated for ios8. a lot of us are waiting (and waiting!) for the rumored 'anchor'.

meanwhile, there's homescreendesigner, iconoclasm. and a simple trick: 'iblank for ios 7 & 8' (which i'm using)...

i hope anchor happens, but am not holding my breath..

I hope anchor comes along soon, HSD works ok but Id like something more simple to use, arranging icons must be a very hard tweak to write?
