iPhone Gridlock-like tweak for 8.3/8.4?

I'm on 8.1.2 now and the last tweak I want before I upgrade to 8.4 is one that allows for icon placement anywhere on the springboard. I'm using Homerscreendesigner right now but I emailed the dev and he hasn't replied. Gotta love paying for tweaks that the dev gives up in after a version or two.

Anything out there right now that does this? I wish Springtomize would add this.

I forgot about that one. Guess it works for 8.3 but not sure about 8.4. Can you still upgrade and JB 8.3 from 8.1.2 or do you need to go straight to 8.4 now?

Apple is still signing 8.3 .. Download ipsw https://ipsw.me/all for your device and upgrade using shift+update via iTunes.

I'm using Anchor on 8.4. Haven't experienced any problems.

Oh cool. Looks like I'll upgrade tonight. Maybe some of my apps that are crash at launch (EPSN and a few others) will be OK afterwards.

Yeah, ESPN has always been notorious for crashing...whether jailbroken or not.
