Yup does that to me as well

The person who created the wrapper has no issues and cannot test for other Graphics cards compatability. He thought it was an ATI/AMD issue but somebody with an ATI/AMD card says
he has no graphics issues.

You need to download wineskin winery and install the WS9WineCX15.0.1 engine. Then option click the Grim Dawn.app for the advanced menu. Advanced/Tools/Change Engine Used to 15.0.1. Then in game, change shaders to medium. That's the best I've come up with. Enjoy!
