I've currently got the Cadaube veil xt, and while it's a nice case, I'd like something that will stick to my hand a bit better. I'm thinking a smoother matte case (as opposed to textured) may be better. Can anyone recommend a good grippy ultra thin case for the iPhone 7? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately those are all a bit too thick. I'm really embracing the ultra thin cases at the moment.

Some suggestions: the Speck Presidio Grip, the Silk Innovation Base Grip, and the Spigen Thin Fit.

The smoother matte cases like the Tozo or Peel aren't as grippy in my opinion as the Veil XT, especially if you have dry hands or it's cold outside. For that style of case I don't think there's any grippier options.

Have you looked at the Pitaka cases? How about Torras/Humixx on Amazon? They're very thin cases and offer better grip than the naked iPhone.

I'll give another vote for the Pitaka.

I went through most of the ultra thin cases looking for the best grip. I finally settled on the Orzly FlexiSlim (smoke black which is more like grey). It is not brittle like all the others. It is fairly flexible and has more grip than the others.

See post 51 in the minimalist thread for a couple pics with a glass full screen protector. It's a nice combo

Have to agree with you about the Tozo - I have one on my iPhone 7, and although it has a matt finish texture, it's still pretty slippery in the hands. I think due to the slimness and feel of these thin style cases, they are all going to be just as slippery.....!

I have a Pitaka case on my jet black 7+ and it is almost has the same amount of grip as the phone, best case I've ever had although I don't use a case that much. iPhone 7 Plus Case Slim Fit Minimalist PITAKA Aramid 5.5 Inch Black/Grey Cell Phone Cover Tempered Glass Screen Protector https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01LSNK9XK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_9iyfzbG9K7W9J

...thats a nice case but a little expensive for what it is! Personally, I don't like cases which have the top portion of the phone exposed, but that's just me!
