Does anyone know if there is a grocery list app that works with me using " hey Siri " ? Like I could lift my wrist and ask her to make me a grocery list on it ? I. Attempted doing it with sending me a text, didn't work so well. Asked her to make me a list, and it said to continue on iPhone.
I'd like something exclusively available on my watch.

There are several apps that can work with the reminder app on your iPhone so this is a pretty easy thing to do. First, open the reminder app on your iPhone and create a new list called grocery. Then, any time you want to add to that list, you can use Siri in your watch and raise your wrist and say "hey Siri - add apples to my grocery list" and lower your wrist. No need to wait for Siri to actually finish.

This will add apples to the reminder list called grocery.

On the watch, you can use Reminder Nano to list the items, you can use App Things (my favorite) to have every item show up on a list on your watch - just like a to do list. You can then pick up apples and raise your wrist and hit the complication and check off apples.

Things allows you to sync to any list in reminders. So you could sync the grocery list.

There are other apps like fantastical that lists all your reminders at the top of the current day.

Cool. Thanks. I'll try those out. My phone is always in some random place ( hidden in my purse, coat pocket, hoodie pocket ) when I'm grocery shopping. So it's nice to have full access to making a list and checking it on my wrist

This is awesome! Do you use Reminder Nano and Things together, or are they just 2 different ways of interacting with Reminders on the AW?

Jose are just two ways of doing this. I use Thjngs for exactly this reason. You can have Things sync to one of your lists but reminder nanos is just another way of doing it.

I like Things because it takes dictation right from Siri or right in the app on your phone. You can then add the items to any list you want. But others swear by Nano.

Siri heard "Add apples to my grocery list," then looked for a Reminders Nano list called Groceries, not Grocery. Once I created a Groceries list, it worked.

Interesting. Since I don't use nano, I can't comment. :)

I have a list in reminders called grocery and when I say Hey Siri Add Apples to my grocery list works fine. Love it. I have Things synced to my reminders grocery list but can change this any time I want.

Nano sounds great though. But I am glad people are finding Siri helpful for creating lists. I use Siri for to do and groceries and reminders and notes with separate lists.
