iPhone X Group Message with a non iPhone member...

For the past two days I have been trying to send a group message with all iPhone users besides one and it keeps saying not delivered! Whether it’s one non iPhone user or 5 it won’t deliver.
When it’s all iPhone users the message is going through...

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
I have tried shutting down and rebooting!

If iMessage is enabled, it'll try to send it as iMessage and fail. Send as text or boot that person from the iMessage group text.

in the message settings there is an option to select send as a text message if imessage is not available. have you tried that?

Shouldn't be any problems if you have the option to "send as SMS when imessage not available" and "MMS" enabled in settings, which should be enabled by default.
