How do I remove myself from group messages with android users?

if I sent a group message (e.g. to 6 people) and then one of those people forwards it to 8 other people, and then one of those 8 people replies, does that reply go to all 15 people or just the 7 on their text?

Not so sure about Android but if possible BLOCK the senders phone number might do it.
