Hi All,
I'm with EE UK as I have been for many years. Recently upgraded from iPhone 13 to iPhone 14 Pro. I don't seem to now have the ability to be in any group chats via iMessage which is causing quite a few issues.
Any group messages restored via iCloud previously are working as normal. However I've recently been added to some (friends birthday) but I'm not getting any messagines/photos or anything. There just isn't anything appearing on my phone while everyone else seems to be able to fully partake.
I've checked my iMessage settings and Group Messaging is no longer on there like it used to be on my iPhone 13 (MMS Messaging (on), Show Subject Field, Character Count & Blocked contacts) are all that appear under SMS/MMS.
I've reinstalled the latest iOS update. Restarted my phone numerous times. Taken the sim out. Switched iMessage off and on again. Reset network settings. Logged out/in of iCloud and nothing has worked. The Group messaging option is just not showing up on a brand new iPhone.
Has anyone got any suggestions other than a trip to an Apple store??
