Grub EFI BOOT

Sometime ago I tried to get Linux on a external drive ,every so often my Mac boots straight into Grub
I understand that Grub is something to do with Linux.
My question is how do I get rid of Grub?
The other question is about windows and EFI Boot that could be to do why Windows does not show on the start up disc system Preferances.
The third thing is Windows not being able to boot back into Mac I gather this could be to do with Windows update unfortunately I never backed Windows up.
Last but surly not least I understand the only thing you can use to back Windows up is Winclone

Another thing is why is Winclone so expensive and all there products to.
I tried to buy it and the price it said it was more than the price it had on there weird stuff.

I don,t get the problem anymore, all I see is the Nac Hd and my external Windows drive no recovery partion bur as it works with no problem i don,t mind.
