So, I can't restore any of my old files with using the versioning feature of Lion. Every time I try, I get the following errors. I have the versions available on the right when I'm browsing them, but I can't restore them.

The problem happened in Preview and Keynote.

Restarting the computer didn't help.

Anyone know how to deal with this? I actually rely on the versions in Lion, I really don't have to have to throw them all out and start again.

Apparently, while in the Versions interface with a preview document, I can export the document as a new PDF to my desktop. So clearly the old versions of the file still exist and can be accessed (at least for preview). Weird.

Any thoughts on this?

Update:

I created a document this morning, changed it, and was able to restore the original perfectly fine.

I verified permissions and it said there was nothing to repair (so I didn't bother to repair them)
