Hi guys i there better gpu that is same size and specially thickens as GT 120. Basically i already have 120 but i need to run 2 monitors i been using HD 5770 but don't have space now i mean is there big difference between 120 and 5770 when it comes using it as viewing.

Yes, the spec for the Mac Pro cite the ability to connect 4 monitors, each at 1440p. The footnote for that says that to do so, you would need to configure the system with 2x GT120. I can be a little unclear because there is one miniDP port and 1 DVI port on the back of the GT120.

yep, so you just have one display plugged into each port on the 120 (the setup I have here).

It just means you need displays that give you a variety of input ports.

I am really confused. What OP really want to achieve?

why need to avoid dual slot card?

Do you prefer anything can perform better than the GT120?

What you need from the GPU? (Apart from able to drive two Display)

Also, what’s the spec of the display? 4k or not can made the difference.

Almost any GPU now can drive more than one display. Why need a second card?

Do you Face any difficulty when connecting two monitors to your current GT120 (or 5770?)?
