GTA 3 or GTA 3 Vice City

Hi,
I would like to purchase GTA3 or GTA3 Vice City, but I don't know which one? Is GTA 3 compatible with the iPad mini? I know it sounds silly but what is the difference between the two game? Any difference in controls and graphics?

Both are straight ports and work well on the mini. Personally I'd go Vice City, better soundtrack, larger game. Same controls on both.
