Testing is actually a formal part of "getting done" and not "done". Just ask someone who does testing, validation, and regression testing. 😀

BGR has evidence a build later than the current public is out there, but that will not be the build version that goes public.

I'd say about 20 days from the iPhone's release. So, beginning of August.
