Guest Account Folder

I set up a guest acc several days ago and now it's disable, but the small file size folder still remains in hd/users. Is it ok to delete this folder?

If you're talking about /Users/Guest, then yes, it's okay to delete it. If you ever decide to use your Guest account again, logging in should recreate the folder.
