Guest Mode Not Working

Every time I choose guest mode and hand the goggles over to a family member, it asks them for a password and they can't see anything else. Am I doing something wrong?

Actually had the same problem last night and couldn’t resolve. But haven’t tried it again today.

I haven’t had that issue. I’ve used guest mode at least a dozen times. Hopefully someone chimes in.
