Guest User Password?

This is on a MacBook Air, but I'm pretty sure that won't maake any difference.

I think when this machine was setup at the store, they must have put in a password for the guest user. We can't get into it. How do we change it.

When I go into System Preferences, under User & Groups, Other User shows Guest User Enbable, Managed. It is pale colour and nothing happens when I click on it.

Help?
