GUI elements I have never seen

    I was watching a video about clicktoflash

    It appears that his scroll bars for safari are the same sort of matte blue found in iTunes and his folders are black. I like this...how? It's no where in appearance.

    Probably using a combination of a theme changer like Magnifique and an icon changer such as LiteIcon.
