Like I have stated I’ll need help with this... I don’t want to get worn out like Cameron did. I’ll probably put out one build maybe two but that’s it... if it gets as popular as TenFourFox is now and contributors come in and pick up the slack, then I’ll keep going.

Just revise the rendering engine and add TLS 1.2 - that will keep Camino going for 5-10 maybe 15 years.. as TLS 1.4 won't be out till 15, sometime in 2035-2040.

I hear ya. I maintain InterWeb for PPC Linux, OS X 10.6+, and soon to be InterWeb (TFF rebrand) for 10.4/10.5, SpiderWeb for PPC Linux and OS X 10.6, Faded Orb for PPC Linux, modified SeaMonkey builds for PPC Linux, and OS X 10.6+, and i still build the official releases of Arctic Fox for 10.6+ and PPC Linux along with multiple other projects (click link in my signature). It can wear you down quick.

On the other hand, in 2 hours last night, i did a full rebrand of TFF. Just follow my guide. It takes longer to create the icons and images than it does to edit the code. ;)

Cheers

This Camino is for 10.4-10.6 on PowerPC... the OG browser is something I just imported from its original repository on Mozilla’s server. I dubbed the original “legacy” as that made sense due to the versions of OS X that supports.

When will it be available for test run ?

I just simply forked TenFourFox a short while ago and started the rebrand to Camino.
Cool.. so this means now, the browsers we have for Leopard are: SeaMonkey PPC, IceWeaselPPC, ArcticFox, TenfourFox, LWK still works, but some sites don't load(wikipedia here). Now, Camino. I used to use Camino 10-12 years ago and it was a fast browser and still is considered to be so.

Well... I don’t know what to think in this case....

I don’t know if Mozilla knows about TenFourFox... but maybe they do. The only name I could think of is Lightspeed...

Thoughts?

What about an anagram?

Conima
Canomi
Cinoma
Cimona
Minoca
Minaco
Nocami
Omniac (Latin omni = every/all)
Omnica (same)

etc. etc.

@09872738 That's right, I'd be careful with that choice. If dead people have proven themselves able to vote, then you'd better believe they can press charges for theft of intellectual property too!

@MacPro2006VBox Better call it SpanishInquisitionBrowserPPC just to be safe! No one would have expected that! :D

I needed that! Been pretty stressful lately not going to lie... as in early December I lost my great grandmother.

@MacPro2006VBox I'm sorry. I lost my grandfather in late January; what comforts me now is that he's at least finally free of this horrible world and doesn't have to be subject to it any longer.

Funny story though ... several weeks or so later, I had a dream - one I don't think I'll ever forget.

It was set under broad daylight. He appeared seemingly out of thin air, rather comfortably standing under a tree, about ten feet away from where I was. He made a small smile to me, and held it for several seconds.

Almost out of instinct, I started to approach him to get a better look, in a bid to confirm if I was in fact actually in his presence after death. Shortly thereafter, once the distance between us closed to roughly five feet apart, he was gone. What happened immediately following that is unfortunately much fuzzier, but I believe I then woke up.

I haven't seen him since. But he's definitely still around if that experience was anything to go by (which says something, because I've never once had dreams like that before). So, I'm positive your great grandmother is not far from you either if you do not close yourself off. :)

Death awaits all of us eventually. Whatever plane of existence we as souls resided in before we were born we will inevitably return to again in time. - So ultimately, I'm not worried.

I find this interesting. Do you believe in life after death ? When we die, I believe our ethereal body leaves the physical body and goes to the Spirit World - Do you believe this ? Have you ever has an OBE ? Astral Projection ?

@Macbookprodude Yes, because if there is a God, there is an afterlife. And there is currently much more evidence for the existence of both an afterlife and a God than there is otherwise. - For the former, how would you explain haunted houses? ;)

Unfortunately no, I have not as of now had one of those happenings personally. I halfway suspect I'm too firmly rooted in the third dimension at present to experience one, but I'm hopeful to be proven wrong at some point or another.

For that matter, have you?

I wish I did.. it would heal me and change my life forever.. since i know first hand after I leave this Earth, I know I will go somewhere and also see my body being left behind. This is a very interesting topic. I have always believed in the existence of Afterlife. I also am a subscriber to the blog - Channeling Eric.
