Looks like Stonegroup deal with a different scheme, the "Supply of Apple Equipment and Services Framework Agreement" for the administration of Higher Education Institutions, not students.

There is a portal for staff of Higher Education Institutions at http://www.getyourtech.co.uk/customer/account/login/ but nothing for students.

On the link I posted it says:
A specific staff and student portal is under development and our go live date for this is August 2016.

However more than likely it is the same getyourtech site but probably a good idea to email to confirm.
