Which iPhone do you have? Carrier? You can either purchase an imei unlock or see if your carrier offers unlocks.

Iphone 4s Carrier Rogers (Canada)

Either an IMEI unlock or a Rogers unlock (if they offer them) would be your only options.

There has never been an ultrasn0w update for a long time and most likely never will. Also, there's never been one for the 4S.

You can also look into a Gevey Turbo Sim or R-Sim, but they're not really reliable.
