Guided Access instead of Turning off iPhone

Kids are using guided access to their benefit, why doesn't apple have a solution for this? iPhone doesn't lock when u leave it in guided access so they can use it anytime... without guided access it would time out and lock at a preset time.

Kiddo puts it in guided access so he can use it anytime later on

Are you staying Guided Access can bypass ScreenTime lock?

Not iPhones screen time, but he doesn’t have passcode so he shouldn’t be able to take it anytime he wants.
