It should run beautifully under Windows XP even near or at max settings.

Well seeing how Guild Wars ran beautifully on my 9800XT card, and the 9800XT is practially the same as the X1600, it'll run nicely.

Though wait till Tuesday. Maybe we'll see the 8600 Series card across the entire line.
