Guinea Pigged my MBA

So I decided to show how big my iballs are and reinstalled coolbook after the software update. The software update did not help my MBA 1.6/80 like coolbook did. Since uninstalling coolbook, I went back to core shutdowns and stutters. Coolbook solved those problems and I feel that uninstalling coolbook took me back a step. So I decided to just install coolbook again after the update. So far so good. What do you guys think? Anyone else reinstall coolbook even after the update? Any problems?
