Nice! I have the RG350EX and the RG2550E (old version with the Edge Pro) and recently added a Premium RG927. While the finish has a few minor flaws compared to the Prestige & JEM, it's a really nice guitar. the neck is perfect for me. Just am still not sure if I like 7 strings in general or not...

I was anti 7 string until about 2 months ago now I can really see the purpose of having them. I have to make do with using 7 string set on my 6 string PRS mainly due to the price of a 7 string and there aren't that many 7 string guitars that look nice apart from Schecters, but I want Jackson to do 7 strings with there normal headstock not the new style they have brought out.

Ill take some pics of my gear when I tidy up.

So far this poll has steadily grown and no big surprises. Had this poll been given in 2000 or 1990, Fender and Gibson would have probably led the pack and would have probably been equal. We are at 10 votes each for the two legendary, leading electric guitar makers.

I could live with just Ibanez or just Fender but it's great we have so many quality choices in all price points.

My next guitar is a Ibanez GRG250DX after have a long jam on one the other day but I never really liked Fenders or Gibsons

Tomorrow Ibanez releases all kinds of new models, like a rumored and already Euro market 7 string GRG which will be too cool for words. I remember when you had to have $1500 to $2000 to even think about anything with 7 strings.

GRG 7 Saiter:

I like the S5470F - DARK SHADOW mainly the color lol but the RG331M should come in another color choice.

This is my fave guitar :D
Washburn EC-29...

I played a '57 strat for many years, but my favorite guitar of all time is a standard Telecaster. Something about the simplicity and solidity of it.

I had Mike Pedulla build me a MVP6 six string bass back in the early 2000s. Love the growl of the thing.

hey bud!

as a professional guitarist I had to choose nylon string classical. My choice would probably be a Robert Ruck built circa late '80s with Western Red Cedar Top (french polished of course) & Brazilian Rosewood back and sides.

That said being originally from Wisconsin (as you know) I have always been partial to Les Paul's for my electric rig. I do love me a McCarty 10-top Paul Reed Smith though as well. Dang I need to win the lottery :p

I've only owned two electrics; a Yammy Pacifica and an Ibanez RGR320EX. Neither would I consider my favourite, at all. I'm looking to buy a Strat fairly soon, probably a 60s Classic Player strat, so I'm really looking forward to trading my Ibanez in and getting that. Pretty excited actually! I don't have a favourite yet, i've not played enough guitars.

"Other" being an EVH Wolfgang. I've been drooling over that guitar since I played it and only wish I could afford one. It plays like a dream, great action, great tone, fast/loose pots.

I'm a big Van Halen fan and always dream of playing like Eddie. On a side note, I've also been sitting on a project to build myself an EVH Frankenstrat but haven't gotten around to it due to the lack of time..... 2.5 years and counting

About 1000 years ago (60's) I bought a Gibson B25-12. I had it for about 20 years, and I don't know now why I ever got rid of it.

Wish I still had it.

I don't have a left hand so I've gotten by with thumb picks playing lefty.

Life is rough for us lefties.
PRS private stock, Gibson custom and the like are just to expensive. So I'm a big fan of building my own.

Although we were sponsored by schecter. I also primarily play Breedlove acoustics.

I'll have to get a picture of mine, but the Epiphone Casino is pretty awesome. Heres a picture of some guy playing one.
