Hi Just wondering if any designers have signed up with this website and your opinion about it. I'm thinking of paying the $200 to get the "Guru Member VENDOR" status since you can't do anything with the basic free profile.

I figure this website sounds better than design competition ******** where you work your ass off designing something only for the other crappy rip'off design to win! 🙂

so anyone tried GURU.com with any success!

The prices employers on there are offering are laughable.

Of course, in this economic climate, even I might have to consider it. Still, $500 for magazine design? That's quite an undervaluation.

yeah i notice the prices too...pretty lame, everything seems to be dirt cheap. No one cares to pay for quality design anymore 🙁 maybe it's the economy.
